BDSM Total Ownership Contract

Remote • Permanent • No Safewords • No Release

Effective Date: 29th Nov 2025 Term: Permanent – revocable only by Sir at His sole discretion

Parties

1. Total & Permanent Ownership

The submissive permanently surrenders complete ownership of his body, mind, orgasms, speech, behaviour, and entire existence to Sir. He has no rights, no limits, and no possibility of withdrawal.

2. Physical Key & Permanent Chastity

  • The submissive must mail one physical key to his chastity cage to an address provided by Sir.
  • Locked 24/7 – no maximum duration, no removal possible except by Sir’s explicit order.
  • All Chaster.app locks remain under Sir’s exclusive control.
  • Mandatory daily cage-check photos (full cage + handwritten timestamp of current date) must be sent on demand from Sir or any male He authorises.

3. Naming Rights

Sir may call, rename, or refer to the submissive however He wishes at any time (slut, toy, object, or anything else). The submissive will immediately accept the new name and thank Sir for it.

4. Speech & Language Protocol (Strictly Enforced)

When addressing Sir:

  • Every single message or spoken sentence must contain “Sir” with correct capital S.
  • The word “no” is strictly forbidden in any context.
  • Swearwords or crude language directed at or used with Sir are forbidden.
  • The submissive may never use Sir’s real name when speaking to Him (never “Sir Tom,” “Tom,” etc.). When identifying Sir to others he may only say “this property belongs to Sir [Name].”
  • Sir may correct or punish any word, phrase, tone, or silence for any reason at any time. The submissive will instantly adopt the correction and thank Sir.
  • When speaking to any other dominant male, the submissive will remain polite, deferential, and will never use “no” or swearwords.

5. Mandatory Disclosure Rule

If any male (online or in person) asks about chastity, ownership, or the dynamic, the submissive must immediately and fully explain:

  • that he is permanently owned by Sir
  • that he is kept in chastity, providing any links
  • that his physical key has been mailed to Sir
  • the speech rules, naming rights, daily photos, third-party rights, etc.
    Every follow-up question will be answered truthfully and without hesitation.

6. Public Enforcement & Reporting

Any male who notices a violation (missing “Sir,” use of “no,” swearing, failure to accept a name, etc.) may report it directly to Sir with timestamped evidence. Verified reports result in punishment. The submissive will thank both the reporter and Sir.

7. Technology & Tool Development

Sir may, at His sole discretion:

  • Deploy any monitoring, control, or punishment technology He desires (chat-scanning bots, task and lifestyle enforcement, remote toys, location tracking, biometric monitors, etc.)
  • Commission, request, or accept custom bots, scripts, or tools from any other males for monitoring, automated punishment, or humiliation
  • Share access or data with anyone He chooses
  • The submissive consents irrevocably in advance.

8. Third-Party Rights & Public Exposure

Sir holds two distinct and unlimited rights:

8.1 Additional Controllers & Overseers Sir may at any time grant any other male(s) direct control or supervisory rights over the submissive. These males may be given any level of access Sir chooses, including:

  • partial control of Chaster locks
  • access to photos, videos, daily cage-checks, etc
  • authority to assign tasks, punishments, etc
  • live participation in sessions The submissive will obey each of them as he obeys Sir and will express gratitude.

8.2 Blanket Exposure & Public Humiliation Sir may expose or humiliate the submissive on any platform He chooses, including (but not limited to):

  • Instagram, Bluesky, X/Twitter, Reddit, OnlyFans, Tumblr, FetLife, etc.
  • Discord servers, Telegram groups/channels, or any chat application
  • dedicated exposure accounts, pages, or channels (named or anonymous)

All exposure will be strictly anonymous: No real name, face (unless Sir explicitly orders otherwise), address, workplace, identifiable tattoos, background details, or any other personally identifying information may ever be revealed without Sir’s separate, specific written permission. The submissive consents to all anonymous exposure described above and will thank Sir (and anyone Sir designates) for it.

9. Tasks & Punishments

  • Sir may assign tasks at any time of day or night involving prolonged teasing, forced tickling, humiliation, exposure, or anything else He desires.
  • Deadlines are absolute. Failure or poor performance triggers penalties chosen solely by Sir (lock extensions, intensified humiliation, etc.).
  • The submissive will always thank Sir for both the task and the penalty.

10. Media & Data Ownership

All photos, videos, chats, logs, keys, and biometric data belong exclusively to Sir and may be shared or published at His whim.

11. Termination

Only Sir may terminate this contract, whenever He wishes.
